Novvember 2009 - Week 1

The starting week to this year's Novvember has brought out some amazing Vic Vipers... here's the best from the first 30 that have been posted in the VV group on Flickr so far.

First off we have the 'Timely' Viper from Brickspace's very own Zack 'Newright' Milenius. There's some great shapes in here, and the use of embedded 1x1 studs (in Zack's distinctive lime green) gives the front wings a very interesting texture.

Uspez Morbo is, I'll admit, a very innovative builder. I remember distinctly his recent use of a plastic Bionicle box frame as the body for a carrier ship. That said, this is no exception. Check the chairs in the top fin, small arches in the front wings and track pieces on the back thrusters.

Mike 3579 gets us into the micro-Vic Viper mood with his second 'Viper. Lovely use of the motorbike bodies as side wings. Mmm mmm.

Arkov's 'InsViration' Vic Viper was apparently 'whipped up after a BrickLink order', but it's got some smooth lines and even smoother NPUs - the side wings are in fact this SPUD. Right on.

Finally, Crimson Wolf tried the nano-VV route, and came out with this intensely packed, very handy (heh) cute little thing. L. O. V. E.

So, that's the round-up for the first week. What amazing Vic Vipers will grace the archives of the VV Flickr group next week? We'll start to find out, soon.

ps. Here's the 'LOL' and the 'Whut?' for week 1.
